The agreement behind the ritual

By accessing or ordering from Full Moon Beauty (fullmoonbeauty.company.site), you're agreeing to the terms below. Read them the way you'd read a label — once, carefully, and then trust the process.

Who this applies to

• These terms apply to anyone browsing, ordering from, or otherwise using our site and products. If you're ordering on behalf of someone else, you're responsible for making sure they're informed too.
• You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to place an order with us.

Our products

• All Full Moon Beauty products are handcrafted, vegan, and cruelty-free. As with all natural, small-batch goods, slight variations in colour, scent, and texture are part of the process, not a flaw in it.
• Product descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but we're not liable for minor discrepancies between what you see on screen and what arrives — natural products don't photograph identically batch to batch.

Pricing & availability

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order at our discretion — most commonly due to stock, suspected fraud, or an address we can't safely deliver to.

Intellectual property

• All content on this site — copy, imagery, product names, formulations, the Full Moon Beauty name and moon-phase branding — belongs to us. None of it may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

• Full Moon Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, or misuse, of our products. See our Disclaimers below for the specifics on individual results and reactions.
• We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, load shedding, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled under South African jurisdiction, including applicable protections under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms as the brand grows. The version live on our site at the time of your order is the one that applies.
